- What’s a credit? Do they expire?
As an Audible member, you will receive ‘credits’ as part of your subscription. The number of credits you receive depends on your plan. You can use credits to purchase any audiobook in the catalog, regardless of price. From time to time, Audible members also receive special offers to purchase additional credits at a discounted rate.
Credits do expire. You have up to 1 year after the issue date to use any credit that you receive.
- What do you need to use Audible?
Audible requires members to sign up using their Amazon account and download the Audible app. If you don’t have an Amazon account, you will have to create one.
Audible audio files are compatible with a range of audio players, mobile phones, PDAs, visually impaired devices, and streaming media devices. Devices that don’t have AudibleAir capability (allowing users to download content straight from their library into their devices) require a Macintosh or Windows PC to download the files.
